Employee Responsibilities and Policies:
0. Be punctual and arrive at work on time.
1. Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude as they enter our shop.
2. Ring up purchases accurately using the cash register and handle cash transactions efficiently.
3. Provide information about flavors, specials, and promotions to customers.
4. Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues in a professional manner.
5. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including restocking supplies as needed.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
7. Handle customer complaints or returns with a calm and understanding approach.
8. Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
9. Check and replenish inventory levels of essential items for the next business day.
10. Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to remove dirt, debris, and dust.
11. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.
12. Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, countertops, and equipments.
13. Empty and dispose of trash receptacles in accordance with established procedures.
14. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to maintain a streak-free and polished appearance.
15. Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
16. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
17. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
18. Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
19. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
20. Refrain from the excessive use of personal cell phones.
21. Five (5) or more consecutive unauthorized leave (a.k.a. “no call, no show”),
is considered a voluntary resignation not in good standing.
